I can help business performance in operations, productivity,quality, staffing and employee performance. As a employee, surpervisor, plant manger and regional manager, I got to understand the business from many perspectives. As an employee I was able to understand from the workers perspective the challenges that they faced and gave me an additional perspective going forward in my career. As a plant manager I was able to help to get employees become more engaged and take ownership in the operations where I had responsibility. I increased productivity and profitability in all of the facilities that were under my responsibility. As a regional manager I was able to coach the managers of the plants that I was resposible for to help them and the people who worked for them became more successful.
